"Dear Alison, I just wanted to put on record the sentiments I conveyed to yesterday about the superb customer service I've received from you and your company. Every phone call I've had with you and your colleagues has been a pleasant experience. You all seem genuinely friendly! The engineer visit itself was also a good experience with Mike turning up at the time he said he would and fitting around our school run. I wish more companies were as reliable and friendly as you!" Trevor T, April 2014
